By asking the Service Delivery organizations (to be) involved in the delivery of services to the Client to confirm they
will be able to deliver the services as described in the Service Supply Forecast, the Engagement Manager assures the
organization is informed while giving the organizational units also the ability to indicate potential risks. Such risks
must be validated and if necessary mitigating actions should already be identified and initiated. It is deemed best
practice if the Service Supply Forecast, if necessary consolidated with the Service Supply Forecast of other Service
Engagements, is discussed in the internal Change Advisory Boards of the delivery units.
